How long does a valet take?

The time it takes to undertake a service such as valeting or detailing will depend on the size and current condition of your vehicle. We will also speak to you prior to confirming a booking to ensure we have all the details we need to give an accurate time frame and price for the service requested. *All times quoted on the booking system are estimated.

Do I need to provide you with power and water?

Ideally, yes. However if you are unable to provide this please make us aware at the time of booking so that we can make alternative arrangements.

Will you still be able to service my car in bad weather?

For some services such as ceramic coatings and in poor or advsere weather conditions, we sometimes have to reschedule. We will always let you know as far in advance as possible if this is the case. Adverse conditions includes extreme heat.

What do you require on the day?

You car needs to be emptied, as best as possible. This allows for easy access throughout your vehicle. You vehicle should be parked in an area that allows for full access around the vehicle, including the opening of all doors and the boot and somewhere to park our van. Access to power and water supply plus vehicle keys will be required for the duration of the service.

Are you insured?

We are insured with Coversure who specialise in valeting and detailers insurance. Many valeting companies only provide Public Liability. Our insurance covers “damage to items being worked upon” in the event of any damage whilst working on your vehicle.

What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?

Please refer to our booking terms and conditions for further information on cancellations, deposits and rescheduling.

Can we refuse a service?

The short answer, Yes! If for some reason the vehicle or service is not as described or we feel it unsafe to do so we can refuse the right to go ahead with the booking. This rarely happens but we like to be fully transparent.
